• Control- putting a mechanism or person in place so it could perform as it should do.
• Company could not use just one strategy of power or control distribution so these are so according to Bier and Steen (1969), a firm may possess power due to: rewards (reward power); it can best work to motivate people there are to ways of motivating people internal and external.
• By combining these to methods of rewards companies receives the best from their employees.

• Expert power distribution is the main used one because all employees are professionals in their work so to make them work more efficient Elametas managers provides them with expert power and shows respect to their work so that employees would fell satisfied with their working environment and the work that they are doing.

• Elameta has a small number off employees and all the staff members are encouraged to speak about their conflicts and most of the conflicts are being solved immediately.
Ways of conflict resolution.
• There are many ways to resolve conflict like hierarchical when the person who has more power or influence forces others to stand down or just ignore those conflicts this would be taken from the Fords theory when the boss is responsible for everything that is happening in the company and employee is just a subordinate which just blindly listens.
