Management analysis: internet service ZEBRA, company "TEO LT"

TEO LT is one of the most biggest and successful companies in Lithuania, which has a lot of subdivisions over the country. It took the 12th place in 2005 as an employer. As a result there work more than 2800 people.
This organization offers a lot of services for its clients which are connected with IT and telecommunication system: voice telephony, internet, digital television and information packing. But there are two main categories using which TEO distribute their services: private client’s category and concern’s or operator’s category. Actually it depends on client’s needs. So there are four main work fields in which TEO works on and propose their services to clients (have own label):
1. VOX (voice telephony)
2. ZEBRA (internet)
3. GALA (digital television)
4. TEO VERSLAS (service for business).
But main product chosen for analysis is ZEBRA (internet). It is a service for private clients, which gives an opportunity fast, easy and without any limitations to find and share proper information.
The operations are such:
25 sellers are responsible for finding potential clients and identifying the needs of the clients, also they are consulting about bad and good points of service (what means comparing their service with competitors and showing some innovations); after that 4 IT makers (engineers) are taking specific means of making new functions, improving the older service. They are making the special schemes and the working process plan for reforming quality of service (this can be treated as intellectual product) Later warehouse supply the client with the equipment needed to start installation works; the devices is supplied from the manufacturer by driver; upholsterer connects all needed equipment. At the end, company receives the money. All these operators are supervised and coordinated by their managers, who are responsible to the General Director.
