1 Executive Summary
This work describes the important findings and recommendations of the business plan and allows having an insight of the major benefits and issues of our business plan to the investors and other stake holders.
Tru Gamers is a company formed after a research that revealed that there was a need for a modern recreation centre for pupils and their parents.
As a new company we would like to attract families by offering and providing a safe and affordable facility for their entertainment.
Our main competitor will be the Galaxy centre that also operates in the Luton town centre area.
We will advertise in the local newspaper, local radio station, on our website and using fliers. Our advertising campaign will also be extended to billboards and posters.
Our prices will be at a reduced rate in order to gain a share of the market. After that we will increase the prices by 2.5%. We are aiming to break – even within the first twelve months.
2 Company Summary
Tru Gamers Limited is going to open an entertainment centre, situated in Bedfordshire, which will provide customers an opportunity to spend their leisure time playing arcade games of huge variety. The company has been established on 12th of December, between 5 equal partners.
