Business plan: tea shop

1. There is no secret, that tea is one of the most popular products nowadays. It is taken almost by everyone at home and at work. Also herb and other kinds of tea are used for treatment different diseases. I believe that tea is immeasurably interesting product in Lithuanian market.
That’s why I want to open a tea-shop, where costumers could find any kind tea beginning with traditional black tea and ending with exotic fruit and herb teas. Moreover there would be an office of fitotherapeutist, where costumers could get consultation and information about herb tea using for treatment. Fitotherapeutist would make individual treatment programs. Furthermore, customers would find a lot of literature which deals with tea, herb tea treatment, advantages of taking herb tea, how does it affect our health and so on.
I want to set up a private limited company. I think it is worth to set up this format of business while shareholder has limited liability and big capital can be concentrated.
Well, every entrepreneur needs material recourses. A part of my company’s capital I will form from my own saved money. However, it won’t be enough, so I want to get a loan from a bank of 15 000Lt. Furthermore, I am going to look for investors.
2. I am going to be the leader of my own company as I am studying this specialty and I think I will be skilled enough for this. Also I have chosen tea as a main item because I’m very interested in tea industry. Moreover I think it is much safer to be treated with herb tea than medicines, because I’ve been treated with it from my childhood, so I want people understand that herb tea treatment won’t bring any negative effect to their health.
