Business plan: car wash "Giminės"

We decided to establish a car wash salon, because we think that this business will be profitable. Our company would be “Giminės”. We chose this name, because all shareholders are releatives. We will found this car wash in Šiauliai, near Šiauliai University social science facultet. We choose this location, because beside this facultet stands very big building, which now is buyable.
Giminės is a prominent hand car wash serving. Giminės will be providing customers with three services: exterior car washing, interior cleaning, and detailing. Giminės has no true competitors that are trying to offer a high quality service for a reasonable rate. Most are trying to compete on price alone. Giminės ability to provide a high quality service, both in regards to the actual washing as well as customer service is all based on their ability to find the best employees. Hiring the best employees and making sure that they are well taken care of ensures that they in turn take care of the customers. Giminės will provide three services to its customers:
• Car washing (exterior)
• Car cleaning (interior)
• Car detailing
Our professional background
Our business team is formed from four people. We are all finished the bachelor studies of business administration. In nowadays it is not enough to be finished the secondary school or other vocational school as it was popular fifteen years ago. We have skills in managing, which could be useful in developing our business plan.
Business structure
All team members will have own duties. Personnel manager will be responsible for recruitment and training. Technical manager will be responsible for technical support and services.
The company is owned by corporation “Gaminės” and will be funded by an initial investment of 30,000 Lt. All shares are divided into four parts equally by four shareholders. All shareholders have the same possibility to make a decision.
