Pyramid of Kheops
• Pyramid of Kheops at Egypt is a grave of Pharaoh
• Kheops. This pyramid is the oldest, unique and only,
• which wasn’ t destroyed, of all Seven Wonders. All
• structure, which heigh is about 147 metres and area 40 000
• square metres, is build of 200 hufe stone’ s lines( per 2
• millions blocks of stone), when each weigh about 2, 5
• tons. Supposedly that this pyramid were building about
• 100 000 people and longer than 20 years.

Hanging Gardens of Babylon
• Hanging Gardens of Babylon are considered one of the
• orginal Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. They were
• built by Nebuchadnezzar II around 600 BC. He constructed
• the gardens to please his wife, who longed her homeland.
• These gardens were special because they were created in
• terraces which could reach 40 metres height. From entire
• empire to these gardens were sending plants of various
• kind: figs, almonds, cobnuts, pomegranates, ramblers
• roses, water lilies and many others plants. Gardens were
• destroyed by several eartquakes after the 2nd century BC.

Temple of Artmemis
• The greatest temple of the ancient world is the Temple of
• Artemis, which was built as a tribute to Artemis – the
• Greek goddess of the hunt and mistress of Nature. The
• Temple of Artemis was located in Ephesus( in moder – day
• Turkey). It once consisted of 127 marble columns each
• standing 20 metres tall. The temple was destroyed by fire
• 200 years later and then rebuilt. The great temple was
• eventually destroyed successively eartquakes and
• plunderes. Today, only a solitary column remains of this
• once – glorious structure.
