Secondary education in Lithuania and Germany

These days education is truly usefful and very requirement for every person. Education is the key to the person‘s career. Everybody want to have a good job, nice car, big house. But not for all people it it possible. Without education is not possible.
So it is very important to now what education structure and system exist in your native country.
We live in Europ, so it is very needful to now better our neighbourhoods. In this paper I will try to discus about one of Europ cuontry, abuot Germany. Precise about this country’s secondary education system.
I will discuss about education not only in Germany, but also in Lithuania. I will try to cover what system of secondary education exist in both countrys.
The aim of this paper is to find all differences and similarities between these two countries and try to compare there education.
I think that it is very interesting to now how students live in otfer countrys, what kind of subjects they are studying,what kind of schools they are going to, and so on. I wil try to answer to these questions:
1. What structure exist in both countries;
2. What conditionals are for pupil in schools;
3. What is the main idea of secondary education?
Secondary education in Germany
The school year:
In Germany school years starts on 1 st August and are divided into two semestrs. Ther are typically 12 weeks of holidays, in adition to public holidays.
There is a grade scale ranging from 1 to 6, with 1 meaning “Excellent” and 6 for “Failed”.(6)
“Students who do not measure up to minimum standarts have to repeat a year.” (6)
In Germany there about 12 obligatory subjects: two foreign languages, physics, biology, chemistry (for at least 5, 7, 3 years respectively) mathematics, music, art, history, german, geography (PE for 9 years). (3) Few afternoon activities are offered...
