Areštuoto turto įkainojimas, saugojimas ir administravimas

The point of this work is to view and appreciate the value, administration and keeping of arrest estate, which makes the bailiffs in Lithuania.
The problems raised and investigated in the graduation dissertation are greatly concerned with the solutions of property valuation, administration and keeping in the process of their property arrest. In valuation of property arrest we come upon with the concept “market value”, variance and normalization of the solutions of property valuation in the process of property arrest.
The main goals of this graduation dissertation are to describe the theoretical and practical aspects of the problems, which rise from the value, administration and keeping of arrest estate. In this work I adverted to the types and methods of property valuation, the groups of appraisers.
The main topic of the theses is to attract most attention to problems, which rose as the bailiffs making arrest of the real estate.
I was brought forward these tasks:
1. to make the acquaintance of market value and property arrest concepts;
2. to view ways and means of property valuation in Lithuania and compare with another countries;
3. to take up with the groups, qualification and requirements of appraisers;
4. to take up with the institution, who discharge the care of property value;
5. to take up with the performance of administration and keeping of arrest value in Lithuania;
6. to sift through the problems and to draw the conclusions.
The graduation dissertation is accomplished on the grounds of legislation, literature analysis and comparable methods.

Turto areštu priverstinai apribojamos skolininko nuosavybės teisės į turtą, siekiant užtikrinti įrodymus ar civilinį ieškinį, galimą turto konfiskavimą, taip pat baudų bei nesumokėtų įmokų išieškojimą, kreditorių reikalavimų patenkinimą, kitų reikalavimų ir įsipareigojimų įvykdymą.
Lietuvos Respublikoje turtą areštuoti gali teismai, antstoliai, prokurorai, Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija ir kitos valstybės institucijos bei pareigūnai, tačiau skolininkai dažniausiai susiduria su antstolių vykdomu turto areštu. Taigi šiame...
