The aim of the work: .
1. To analyze the concept of the organization in a theoretical aspect, the concept of subject communication in the organization by different authors, characteristics of organizations, internal and external environment, organizational culture, values ​​and features of a modern organization.
2. To examine the business communication of VŠĮ "Kaunas 2022".
3. Write a reflection on working in a team using psychological principles.
The structure: The first part discusses the concept of organization in a theoretical aspect. The organization's internal and external environment, characteristics, values ​​are analyzed and features of a modern organization are examined. The second part discusses business communication of the "Kaunas 2022" organization. The presentation of the organization, the applied communication tools of the organization, the organization's values ​​and goals, the image of the employees, the social responsibility of the organization, job advertisements, customer and employee feedback about the organization, communication and cooperation with the media are analyzed. The third part examines the reflection of work in a team. The work in the team, the distribution of work, how each of the group members revealed themselves in the team is analyzed.
The work consists of 21 pages, 1 tables, 7 pictures, 21 references and sources of information, 4 appendices.
