Recently, the most obvious trend in the evolution of modern business is the pursuit of business excellence, where strategic management focuses not only on financial performance but also on the formation of a socially responsible organization. Companies are increasingly declaring that their business strategic plans anticipate possible negative consequences for the natural and social environment, harmonize labor relations, take into account the interests of stakeholders, ensure transparent management and ethical relations with partners. However, there is a lack of scientific literature on projections of corporate social responsibility in consumer behavior, which allows us to decide whether consumers are interested in the social activities of organizations, or whether it is one of the factors encouraging consumers to use the company's services or buy its products. Thus, the aim of this project is to reveal of corporate social responsibility on consumer behavior.
Work objective : find out about corporate social responsibility and consumer behavior in Lithuania.

2. Find out about consumer behavior in Lithuania.
3. Analysis of corporate social responsibility development in Lithuania.
In Lithuania, there is a tendency to start promoting the ideas of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The very concept of CSR is defined in many ways by many authors. According to S. Žirgutienė (2005), organizational social responsibility shows how the values, behavior and activities of an organization are coordinated with the expectations of various influence groups - investors, employees, suppliers, consumers, communities, society and others. Social responsibility also describes an organization’s commitment to being responsible to these groups. According to D. Bernatonytė, R. Vilkė, E. Keizerienė (2009) corporate social responsibility is a resounding concept through which entrepreneurs voluntarily integrate social and environmental issues into the activities of their companies and in relations with stakeholders (company employees, shareholders, investors, customers). , suppliers and business partners, banks, and other...
