INTRODUCTION
This paper is going to analyze the company’s competitiveness in today’s fast-changing environment. In order to be successful the company should possess some specific knowledge and resources from the one hand and from another hand, it should match the criteria of being competitive company.
So in this paper I am going to analyze what kind of resources the company should possess. The resources include knowledge, know-how, people, equipment and etc.
Also, I am going to point the criteria of being the competitive company.
Paper will consist of several parts.
In the first one the reader can find the theoretical background on the main topics.
In the second part I will provide the analysis of how to be competitive. Those include the steps company can make to approach its competitiveness. And to what extent can the Information Technologies help the organization for becoming more modern, successful and competitive.
1. What is competitiveness? Literature review
Before analyzing the issues of what should the company do to be competitive it is necessary to describe the main terms. So what exactly mean competitiveness of the company?
