What is the law

To begin with I would like to say that the English world law there is many forms of behavior. Some laws are descriptive, they just describe how people or even natural phenomena usually behave, and others are prescriptive. As we all know prescriptive law prescribe how people ought to behave. In all society relation between people are regulated by prescriptive law.
Laws can be distinguished from customs and social rules. Customs are unwritten law and it not be made by government .These rules create people; they learn how they should live in society. If we break these rules people can ridicule us or criticize us. The rules of social institution to be more formal than customs. If someone breaks these rules, he will carry precise penalty. All of as know that government make law for their citizen. They use a system of courts for their help police they try to order citizen. We must not forget that law is enforced equally against for everyone.
Answer is very simple. Firstly they want control social and secondly they just want to implementation the justice.
I want to add that law made by government of one country is very deferent from a law of another country. There are growing up international law which governing relation between countries.
Law can be written or unwritten. Written law signified any law that it is enacted law; unwritten law signified all unenacted law. Many continental countries have codified public and private law. They volume tends written law than unwritten. England law is derives from judicial precedent than from legislative precedent. The principal sources of English law are legislation and judicial precedent. The subsidiary sources are customs and books of authority.
