This year in all over the world is a very hard situation, because of the corona. A lot of people are dying and many are infected. Because of that people should stay home and try not to go outside, but they do not listen to recommendations. The government thinks that a curfew is the best way to stop people from going outside. There are a lot of advantages and disadvantages of imposing a curfew in Lithuania during the pandemic.
Imposing a curfew has some obvious advantages. To start with, the main advantage is that people will stay at home. It means that they will not go to friends, families, or anywhere else where they can have contact with infected people. Because of that, we should have lower numbers of people tested positive for covid. The another advantage is that people stay out of travel, it means that people become more responsible. That is why the government should access a curfew.
On the other hand, however, there are also some disadvantages. It would be really hard for people who work on night shifts because they could have some problems with coming home after work and it would be a really big problem for people.
Also, there could be problems when people need to go somewhere and they can not, of course, it depends on what they want or has to do. For some people, it could be hard because they would have to plan their every day more than they did it before.
