What are the most common diseases in Lithuania?

Nowadays keeping healthy and fit is an ongoing concern which hundreds of people have to deal with. To tell the truth, health the most important thing in life, as a result, there has been a trend towards healthier living in the last two decades. However, the subject of staying healthy and slim is very controversial.
To start with, there are several the most common illnesses in Lithuania. As we all know, the weather here is very controversial, so, due to this, lots of children are likely to have flu, especially in spring and autumn. Moreover, when the spring comes and the ground is covered with fresh green grass and the first spring flowers, we can find the heightened rates of hay fever. Unfortunately, people in our country are likely to have cancer, diabetes and I assume the main reason for it is the lack of interest on the food they eat every day and bad living conditions.
Talking about myself, I am not likely to be ill. I suppose, it is because I always bear in mind what I eat and try not to abuse my body. In addition, nowadays, there are heaps of medicines’ such as vitamins which help you to stay healthy and strengthen your immune system.
Needless to say, there lots of ways how to improve your health. For example, you should always pay attention to the food you eat and if there is a need to follow well-balanced diets. Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables is highly recommended. Beans and lentils...
