Short information about Lithuania

There are a lot of different kind amusements and recreations in Lithuania. Starting from relaxing holiday near the seaside and finishing with nightclubbing in Vilnius. There are hundreds of village tourism places, beautiful seaside, if you are traveling pass tourist you can find a lot of places near the lakes, forests.
There exist favourable conditions for tourism and its development: favourable geographical location, plenitude of tourism resources; interest shared by miscellaneous ethnical groups in Lithuania; currently revived relations; improvement of general and international tourism image of Lithuania; abundant neighbouring tourism markets; interest in Lithuania as a new region for tourism.
Lithuania is perfect for cycling. The landscape isn’t too hilly, the sights are beautiful and varied, and the quality of the roads is excellent. There are two international EuroVelo cycle routes in the country.
Euro Velo Nr.10 from Nida to Būtingė will lead you along the gorgeous, sandy Baltic coastline passing the seaside resort of Palanga, the port of Klaipėda with its quaint Old Town and the magical national park of Kuršių nerija, a narrow spit of dune-covered land that stretches along the sea. Euro Velo Nr.11 from Lazdijai to Zarasai allows cyclists to discover the Dzūkija National Park, enjoy the sights of Trakai and its Island Castle, and then see the best of Lithuania’s “lake district” of Aukštaitija.

CULTURE
An Open Air of Lithuania in Rumšiškės. The core exhibits of this museum include dweling houses, farmstead buildings and folk atr monuments transferd from all ethnographic regions of Lithuania. Some of the buildings were constructed 200 years ago and earliar.
Amber road – 99km long the tourist route of the Lithuanian Amber Road covers the whole Lithuanian seaside. It passes:
