Description of the work. At least once in a lifetime, many people have a desire to start their own business or implement a promising, innovative business idea. Entrepreneurship is becoming more widespread around the world. Everyone can try to systematically, creatively implement their idea and thus turn it into a viable business opportunity. Ideas come up in a variety of ways, small and large, related to different areas of business, manufacturing, trade or services. The topic of entrepreneurship is a very important object of research among management and economics professionals. New businesses increase productivity, help the economy grow, create new goods, services, technologies and "renew" competition in the market. This topic is relevant in the modern world. This project will describe the features of the development and management of the new organization „NoSmell“.
The aim of the work. After forming a “bank of entrepreneurial ideas”, performing an analysis of the business environment, to offer specific management, and marketing solutions for the creation of a new organization.
1. Refine the idea of the chosen business.

3. Provide the organization with appropriate management solutions.
4. Provide the organization with appropriate marketing solutions.
5. Perform SWOT analysis.
