Movie review. “Words on Bathroom Walls”

The title of the movie is “Words on Bathroom Walls”. It was released on August 21, 2020. The film was directed by Thor Freudenthal and written by Nick Nevada, based on the novel of the same name by Julia Walton. I didn’t enjoy the movie as much as I thought I would. The movie was good. The main actor Charlie Plummer who played Adam in the movie portrayed the mental illness realistically. The film was well-acted and solidly directed. I liked the cinematography the most, the visual effects, and I guess the framing of every shot in the film. While watching the movie I understood what the scenes wanted to tell me or how they wanted me to feel, either it was feeling sorry, sad, or intense, I still wouldn’t get the actual feeling.
