Introduction
One of main industrial work object is a product. Every manufacturing company steps into the war with its rivals in the worldwide competitive market nowadays and this is done due to satisfying existing or potential customer with product’s usefulness, quality and probably main aspect - price. However, many big manufacturing companies engage logistics companies as a third party for the high quality product’s delivery in time and into the right place. Logistics overtake more then just a delivery it may also supply services as: packaging, orders collecting, research, etc.
Having such amount of companies producing even bigger variety of products that are so necessary for assurance of today’s comfortable life customer inevitably should make up his mind upon which product of many substitutes to choose. Most often a big role has the price of product among its substitutes supplied from rivals and in many cases the cheapest products are the winners. If to look to the origin country of cheap product in most cases we will find a short information message “made in China”, so naturally a question arise, what formulates this rather small price and what part takes logistics in here.
That is why in this work I will analyze logistics costs that are being occurred in the transportation process from China to other Western countries. Heretofore, I am formulating main problem of cost analysis and will try to provide some possible solutions.
