The purpose of this course paper – to determine the image of organization in theoretical way, to analyse consumer attitude conception, meaning in image making system, to analyse the surveying of image in the JSC “ Sanitas “ in critical way and of course, to prepare the project of developing the image system in organization.
The object of the research is to get public opinion about the joint - stock company "Sanitas" real image and its products. The methods of this analysis are the review of literature, sociology research - interview, analysis of all join - stock company image’s elements.
The work is based upon theoretical, practical or even critical analysis and developing project of image in JSC “ Sanitas”, using various authors ideas and issues about company image development.
The obtained results are significant in analysing the best and the worst sides of image in JSC “ Sanitas “ and determing the best way in developing project.
Many companies in case to create a positive image in society, they use various factors of image, such as – style of the company, advertising on mass – media, public relations and other.
In this work, with the help of the research data, I had a possibility to make the conclusions and to give the decisions about JSC “Sanitas” image positive and negative points.
The analysis proved that the public have a positive image about JSC “Sanitas”. The suggestions and recommendations for the heads of company produced at the end of the analysis will help to create a positive image.
