Do children need two parents?

This research paper is prepared to find out whether children need two parents or not. The main aim of this research paper is to find out how parents are necessary for children. The main objectives of this research paper are to find out people’s opinion about divorces, marriages, about children and parents’ relationships.
To collect information for this topic was chosen social survey, including questionnaires. Questionnaires were the best way to collect information more quickly. Self-completion and interview questionnaires were chosen because there were the respondents who understand and who do not understand English language. These questionnaires include two main types of questions: closed and open-ended questions. Closed questions were chosen on purpose to present the results in the form of chart. Open-ended questions were chosen in order to find out what a respondent actually wants to say. The mixture of questions is the best way to see more exact opinions on a chosen theme. In order, the questionnaire to be more successful there were used questions which the respondents were willing and able to answer.
A sample of this research paper consists of 25 respondents to whom 25 questionnaires were given and all of them were returned. A random sample was chosen in spite of the fact that this type of a sample is not always representative. The age of the respondents was various (from 15 to 70).
