Definition of conflict

Definition of conflict is that it is a disagreement between people that results in an often angry argument. Wherever human interactions exist, there is a potential for conflicts to arise. Because we are all individuals, with differing personalities, needs, experiences, values, and perceptions, we are unlikely to see things the same all of the time. There are various types of conflicts, such as conflicts with yourself, with you and your parents, or a conflict in a workplace, because of different points of view.
Speaking about conflicts at home, mainly parents don’t get along with their kids as a consequence of different points of view, misunderstanding and here interrupts age gap as well. For example, parents believe that the best profession for their little one is being a doctor, but the kid refuses and wants to be a football player or a singer or whatever their dream is. Referring to the age gap, most parents and grandparents think that their lives were much harder than today’s kids and that we, the kids, are just ungrateful and want too much.
