Consumer behaviour: "Gardėsis"

The researches of consumer behavior allow to understand for the head of company the various actions of consumers. The main market specialist task is to satisfy the needs of people but theretofore he must know the needs of people and their habits of purchase. So, Philip Koehler is said: ,,The most important thing is to forecast where customers are moving and to be in front of them.” But understanding consumer behavior and “knowing customers” is never simple because they may say one thing but do another. In addition, the market specialist must be able to influence consumers insomuch, they would buy exactly their items and buy in bulk. The essential thing is that the needs of people are very different. So, it is very important to predict, which items the consumer will concede and buy constantly. Moreover, the consumer behavior is different for daily living needs and for luxury.
The aim of work is to assess the peculiarities of consumer behavior, explore the factors influencing consumer behavior and describe needs for white bread with sunflower seeds of ,,Gardėsis“.
The objectives of work are:
1. to describe the conception of consumer behavior;
2. to explore the main factors influencing consumer behaviour;
3. to describe the conception of needs;
4. to describe consumers needs for white bread with sunflower seeds of ,,Gardėsis“.
The methods of work. The analysis of scientific – theoretical literature and the analysis of particular activity data.
