As the old saying goes, health and youth are two things appreciated only when lost. This statement is peculiar to nowadays-elderly population, which has many problems concerning their age. What kind of problems do they have and what we can do about it.
Firstly, let us admit that not all elderly people actually know that better diet and health care guarantee longer life expectancy. Most of the elderly citizens simply cannot afford to buy nourishing food, which is full of vitamins. Nevertheless, several elderly people try to live long still, by doing more intensive and varied exercise, seek for the perfect body shape, and even inure themselves to healthy lifestyle by swimming in ice-hole in winter.
Secondly, more and more young people try to go abroad studying or working. Therefore, small proportion of elderly ones are not contributing to state income, as a result authority has to do redaction of tax revenues. As elderly has not enough strength to work hard, they receive low salary, but pay increased taxes and suffer for nothing.
Moreover, no one knows the true cost of supporting the elderly until he faces such problem. If the old man is feeble, he needs more attention and the best health care. Definitely, huge amount of money goes to public utilities, because there can be no talk about economy. Those who faced these problem just ones will understand that...
