How do you see the future in terms of environment?

Today’s world suffers from many environmental problems, like global warming or air pollution. Most people don’t care about future of environment so it’s hard to believe that Earth’s destiny isn’t doomed. So I will try to overlook the future in terms of environment.
Firstly, one of the most common problems is air pollution. The most pollutants come from factories and cars. Despite increasing taxes for factories of quantity of pollutants, I think that pollution won’t reduce this way. Maybe ecological cars will bring luck to decrease air pollution. Not officially, it is known that magnates of petroleum have all licenses to ecological cars now, but they prohibit to produce them since their profit from petroleum won’t reduce. So my opinion about future in terms of air pollution is very pessimistic.
Secondly, water contamination. It’s less common problem than air pollution and it, in my opinion, has better future. Now only factories pollute water. Governments of countries fine those factories for that. Statistics say that water contaminations decreases, and it’s very delightful fact. In addition, there is another problem concerned with water contamination – lack of clean water. But science goes ahead as a result countries find solution for that problem. Now many countries which need clean water, like France, have water filters which filtrate used water and make it clean. Therefore I think that water contamination will decrease and future generations won’t experience consequences of this problem.
