I am writing to complain about a laptop that I bought last Tuesday.
Although the packaging seemed as if it was brand new, the laptop itself looked used. When I turned it on for the first time, everything looked normal. However when I tried to transfer my old files to the new laptop, an error popped up. Furthermore after using the laptop for a few hours, I noticed that it’s battery percentage which may I add was charged fully, has already decreased by almost 60%. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. It was rather expensive, yet it fails to work as it is supposed to.
In addition, when I called your helpline, the worker I happened to speak with, seemed very annoyed and was rather unhelpful. He appeared to not understand the importance of this problem.
I would like to speak to an advisor who can advise on how to manage these problems or receive a full refund.
