I will analyse about Private Limited company “ Airita”. Private Limited company consist at least two members. Investments comes from the public. If the company makes a loss, this is borne by the company itself as the shareholders risk only the amount of their investment.

Such as different cakes, biscuits. This company purpose is to be the best confectionary company in Lithuania and in Baltic region.

Our company name is “ Private Limited company Airita” . This name was given the company by owner J. Jones. The shareholders’ liability is limited to the nominal value of shares. A shareholder has the right to decide about the activities of the company. As one share means one vote. Shares can not be transferred to another person, unless the rest partners agree. Nowadays our company shares have three people.
Marketing
We must Produce what customers want, not what we want to produce. That means that the customers are put first. To find out what the customers’ needs are, it is very important for us. We make very nice and tasty cakes, biscuits, and sweets. There are many people who like biscuits “Pelenė”, they are very popular in Europe. Our product is very healthy and quite cheap. We don’t use chemical material.
We make chocolate without sugar. It is a very good product for people who can’t use sugar. You can find these chocolates...
