• In Lithuania, basketball was started around the 1920s.
• the best 3 Lithuanian basketball players are Jonas Valanciunas, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, and Arvydas Sabonis.
• A few times we were at the 3 place in Olympics. 2004 Athens Olympics Group competition: Lithuania: USA 94:90 we won and it was the best Lithuanian national team performance they have ever won.
