What would your dream house be like?

At some point in their lives, most people have daydreamed about joys of having their own house or flat. However, one must wonder what is better to have your own house or live in a flat.
To tell the truth, I have also daydreamed about the place where I would like to live in future and, as a matter of fact, my dream is not a luxury and big house. I presume, owning your own house has lots of drawbacks and the main ones are, that you have to spend hours in the garden, if you are eager to make it look as best as you can and, in addition to this, worry about all amenities, such as heating, gas, water and so on.
Actually, my main ambition is to have a comfortable flat somewhere in the old town of Vilnius. I am fond of Vilnius, it is the nicest, the most exciting and thrilling town in Lithuania. Due, to this, I will try to do everything I can to have my own place there. Indeed, I am not keen on very big and spacious apartments, that's why, I would like to have something smaller. It could be a flat of three or two rooms, in an old but renovated house, but on the other hand, it should be well-planned and cosy.
