What is advantages and disadvantages for living in the house?

Living in a house has its advantages. Owning a house is surely a positive thing. It is opportunity to have more personal space. And personal space is quite a necessity in nowadays for our belongings and for mental health. For example, having more space helps to be better organized, because you can place your things in any order, in any spot. Also, more space means that you do not need to be worried about not having activities and it is said that finding more activities would not cause tiredness emotionally, so you would not get sick mentally. Another advantage is independence. Living in the separate house means, that you do not need to communicate with your neighbours closely, you can accept your own decisions undisturbed. For instance, if you live in the eight unit apartment building which is not renovated and you deciding to install into your flat gas or water or if you want to repair the roof, because water runs through it, you need to get most of neighbours written consent and if some would not agree, works will stop and nothing will get done. We all know that some people have bad intentions so they can make things hard for you. That is why living in house is better, you do not need to argue about who will wash stairs or who will dig snow.
