These days people spend more and more time looking at the screen of their smart gadgets that has a negative impact on a person’s mental and physical health. For this reason, it is crucial to spend some time with yourself in order to relax both body and mind. The place I choose to go to whenever I feel anxious or tired and adore the most is the Dusia lake shore.
In the first place, the environment of the Dusia lake shore is absolutely breathtaking. In other words, crystal clear water, the sound of small waves hitting the shore and the smell of a forest creates the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
