The army

It is very controversial topic and both sides have their own arguments. In my opinion, the army should be voluntary. In this essay I will mention some moments, which seems to me the most important, it is: medical mistakes, “subrules”, possible alternative solution.
First of all I explain the argument of medical mistakes. Every young man in Lithuania before the army has to take a check-up and get document about good and suitable health for the army. Unfortunately, check-ups very often are made careless and irresponsible. Lately, there were shown on the TV and written in the press few accidents, how young men were not suitable for the army, but doctors did not see that. They were sent to the army and became physically disabled. No one knows, how many such cases are, but they are not shown.
The next point is “subrules”. It is said that if you want to be real man you have to go to the army, because there very strict rules and order. In spite of these official rules there are other rules, which are for newcomers and weak...
