Report: convention on the rights of persons with disabilities

When I was reading that topic “Human Rights: Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities” I remembered that some years ago I read letter of Pope John Paul II, it was written, that disabled people are human subjects with blessed and integral rights like every human vitality, even they have mental disorder, sensory and intellectual disabilities.
Human Rights are very important for all community, and it does not matter people have disabilities or not. There are a lot of kind of disabilities, like movement disability, blindness, deaf-mutism, mental and physical disabilities and people are classified into persons with disabilities, which can not apply possibilities like another people, because there is entrench attitude of community. Disabled people confront with difficulties due their disabilities, their ages, their sex, their locations and so on. So I understand by reading the article, that the main regard should be given for persons with disabilities, which rights are equal like people without disabilities. All community should see and understand persons with disabilities, which have rights, which are independents and equal users. Persons with disabilities should have equal possibilities and could use all supplies of community – they should have possibility to educate, apply all news technologies, should get all health care services and social welfare services, should participate in sports occupations too.
There are a lot of opinions about the right of disabled people. Some of them agree that they should have all opportunities like normal people, some of them are in silence, and they did not say nothing about it, another part of community try to do the best for the disabled people, other part of community agree and disagree due to some rights of persons with disabilities.
