Recycling electronic waste (monologue)

Today I am going to talk about recycling electronic waste. I will start by looking at the given chart.
First of all, the pie chart illustrates people's answers to a survey, which questioned if they recycle electronic waste. From the stastical information, I can say that the majority of respondents stated that they recycle sometimes. Sadly, an identical percentage of individuals said they do not know how to do it. There are, also, two answers with similar small proportions, like quite often and don't know what it is. Overall, I am surprised that most people are not educated about electronic waste.
Regarding question two, my family does recycle almost all the time. There are many reasons why people, including my family, are doing this, but speaking in general, to help reduce pollution. For example, it saves space in landfills and prevents environmental pollution caused by toxins. Another argument is that electronics contain many reusable components for other items. For instance, there are big companies that even have their recycling facilities, which helps with saving resources and energy required for manufacturing. Considering all this, individuals should know about this...
