Relevance of the topic: The year 2020 may have not been the best year. I dare to say that it has been a harsh year for everyone around the year. In the first half of the year the Covid-19 pandemic has struck everyone around the globe by surprise. People around the world lost their jobs, some even lost their loved ones. Nobody could have foretold what a hard year it will be. The pandemic also has had a huge effect on the labor market. Today I will be focusing on one of the countries that has been hit the harshest, and that would have to be America. Even one of the strongest counties of the world could not contain the outbreak and keep it under control. We will see what effect the pandemic had on the labor market in America.
