Juridinių asmenų steigimas Lietuvos nacionalinėje teisėje

The founding of juridical persons is meaning moment for it‘s existence and for getting capacity, that is why it requires whole procedure of founding.
The main topic of the theses is the establishment of juridical persons. The establishment law allows to found juridical person, their subdivision strukture, professional activities and commercial activities for Lithuanian and Europe Union citizens. Moreover, it is important that Europe Union allows to establish juridical person in the member state. Another important thing is that not all juridical persons must be established. But there are some exceptions: state and all it‘s organizations.
This theme is problem of today. As we know that Lithuania is new membership in Europe Union. That is why, every business man have to know how juridical persons are established in Lithuania and Europe Union states.
The main problem is that the procedure of establishment is complicated. If person wants to establish juridical person he meets with many dificulties. There are many restricion.
The main goal of this work is to analyse the establishment of juridical person ir Lithuania.
Tasks which where raised to explain the goal:
1. To analyse act‘s of law which regulates the establishment;
2. To elucidate the main features of juridical persons establishment;
3. To emphasize the reform of juridical persons register.
Concluding, I would like to mention that Lithuania did a big progress. Ours state coordinated a lot of law acts and Directives which regulates the establishment of juridical persons.

2 priedas. Įregistruotų ir veikiančių ūkio subjektų skaičius pagal ūkio subjektų rūšis.
ĮVADAS
2004 m. gegužės 1 d. Lietuvai tapus visateise Europos Sąjungos nare, išsiplėtė Lietuvos teisės aktų apimtis, kadangi jos dalimi tapo nemenka Europos Sąjungos teisės aktų visuma. Lietuvos juridiniai asmenys įgijo tas pačias teises ir pareigas, kaip ir kitų Europos Sąjungos narių juridiniai asmenys.
Nemaža teisės aktų dalis yra skirta juridinių asmenų steigimui...
