The subject of my talk is jobs.
1. To start off, as far as my own experience goes women are better drivers than men for a couple of reasons. In the first place, motherly instincts are a plus. For example, most people would agree that the majority of women are born with innate, nurturing instincts. Those instincts could make women more sincere about being safe drivers. Most women have a natural tendency to want to protect those around them. After that, women have longer attention spans. For instance, taking your attention away from the road is definitely a recipe for disaster, and it stands to reason that those with shorter attention spans are more likely to experience problems in that department. Study suggests that estrogen tends to give women much longer attention spans than men.
2. Next, when it comes to the particular jobs I would definitely support the equality in work. In the first place, it Improves Organizational Performance And Well-being At Work. To illustrate this, study shows a correlation between a work environment where gender equality is present and better organizational performance. In fact, gender equality in the workplace (and diversity in general) could provide a more global and holistic view of the challenges companies face.
