Nowadays, people more often use computers or mobile phones to do actions from daily day routine. People are addicted to modern technologies, because they like how it looks, what options do they have. In our community, there are lots of people that are addicted to social media. A major problem is that people forget that there is also a real life. There are several solutions to the problem of social media addiction.
The causes of addiction are bad for individuals, because it can change quality of the life. People forget how to live in a real life, how to have “eye-to-eye-“ contact. Addicted people are passive in having communication with people and also in physical activity: they do not spend time outside just for a fresh breath, playing with a dog, walking with a friend and it may cause health issues, for example, they might be feeling tired most of the time, may feel some back pain or headache from bad posture.
