Exchange projects

Before starting to talk. I’d like to say that exchange projects between countries all over the world are very useful because it is a wonderful opportunity to develop better understanding among people and spread information about your own country. I have a friend in Belgium who lives at the moment with the girl from Brazil who takes part in exchange project. She calls her “Brazilian sister”. Indeed exchange projects are very frequent in Belgium. It would be grate if Lithuania developed them too because they’re quite rare in our country.
If I could take part in exchange project, I would be very happy. You ask me what country would I choose? Actually, every country is unique and has many interesting secrets to know. But if it is a possibility, I will choose Australia. This land – continent is my dreamland and it would be great to feel the spirit of it. In addition, I’ll tell all people living there that Lithuania is independent country in Eastern Europe by the Baltic Sea and not in Africa or South America as many foreigners think.
In 13th century the union of the Baltic tribes developed into the state of Lithuania. And 1387 it was baptised and officially proclaimed a Christian State. After the huge battle “Žalgirio mūšis”, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was a strong political power...
