Employment and unemployment rate in India

Relevance of the topic. Unemployment and underemployment have been a long-standing problem in the Indian economy. International bodies like ILO predicting the rise of unemployment in India in coming years. However, the unemployment problem is being faced globally, while so it is due to social and economic crises and failing to create good quality job positions for labour market. It is very difficult to manage the economy in high rate of unemployment situation. Demand and supply of labour force is the part of labour market which is affected by increasing and decreasing of employment.
The object of the work – to analyze the unemployment rate in India and indicators of labor force and employee population.
The aim of the topic: to analyze the reasons behind the high unemployment rate in India and to examine the indicators of labor force and working population to analyze, what reasons determine, that in some countries of the world children and families suffer deprivation and poverty.
