Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in connection with a tennis racquet which I ordered from your online shop on 21st May. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of problems with the order.

Unfortunately, to my great dismay, the racquet I received in the post was not the one I ordered from your company.In fact it was a child‘s recquet which I certainly couldn‘t use. Therefore, I returned the racquet and I was told the correct model would arrive to me in one week.

However, there has been a long delay with the delivery, since four weeks later, I have still not received the racquet. Also, I was disappointed with a member of your customer servicedepartment. I was accused that it was my mistake with ordering. When I told this was not the case, he actually implied that it was the blame on the national post service. When I told this was not the case, he actually implied that I was lying and refused to offer me a replacement or refund. I was deeply offended by this accusation.
