Academic dishonesty

Academic dishonesty can be defined as the act of cheating to succeed in tests. Never has cheating become such an issue as it is today. In a conducted survey, even 60.8% of respondents admitted to cheating. In this essay, two reasons will be addressed, namely work overload and high expectations.
Firstly, cheating is provoked because students are overwhelmed by work. Nowadays students encounter an incredible amount of work to do. Sometimes in order to succeed they have no other possibility but to cheat. To illustrate, sometimes two or more tests are given throughout the day. It is really hard to prepare for multiple of them in one day. Students simply do not have enough time to master all subjects. Therefore, being dishonest is the most reasonable way out. Cheating is the most rapid way to overcome tests and examinations. And what we do know is that, it can accelerate non-success.
