A new flat - wedding invitation informal

How are you? I‘m sorry I haven‘t written for a while but recently I‘ve been extremely busy with my final exams. Today I thought I‘d drop you a line to let you know a little bit about my new flat.
Next, speaking about my new flat, I moved in here a couple of days ago so everything is still pretty much new to me! In fact, an apartment is quite spacious as there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a huge balcony with a small garden full of colourful flowers in it.
By the way, now I live near the centre of Vilnius. Can you imagine that? Through the windows of my flat I can see the breathtaking Old Town of the capital of Lithuania! Also, the neighbourhood is rather noisy and full of life, the traffic is pretty heavy too, however, I don‘t mind it and enjoy living in this area of the city.
