A letter of complaint - bus tour (vertinimas 10)

I am writing to complain about our latest sightseeing bus tour.
Me and my group of friends would go on a sightseeing bus tour every 2 years. This year we have chosen your company, because it looked really promising. Unfortunately we were wrong. A sightseeing bus tour means that we will spend most of our time in a bus. Which of course, require basic human needs. At this point – a restroom. It was not there, even though the bus was big and could fit lots of people. We had to stop quite often and seek for places for people so they could do what they need. It was very impractical and quite annoying. Apart from that, even though there was no restroom, it smelled horrible as if someone urinated themselves.
The time on our leaflets which supposed to help us orientate in time and when we are going to reach a specific destination, it was all wrong. There was just no point for it. We were either way too...
