Punishment always fits the crime. Do you agree?

As we all know you must take responsibility for your actions. It doesn’t matter what type of crime a person has made, he or she is going to be punished. But a more important question is: does a punishment always fit a crime? There isn’t one answer because there are too many crimes committed. There are punishments, which are too mild or too harsh but I cannot neglect the fact that there are punishments that fit crime perfectly.
In order to understand why punishment doesn’t always fit the crime, we need first to understand that there are too many crimes that have been committed. Imagine that you are a judge. You have to see tens of cases a day. You can’t possibly look at all of them thoroughly and give a right verdict. That is why the punishments aren’t always very objective. Judges don’t pay enough attention to the details because they only look at a bigger picture. That is the reason why the punishments sometimes are too mild for a person, who committed a crime.
However, the system of law isn’t always right and sometimes doesn’t help people. We might think that the defendants are bad people and have done something wrong. But that isn’t always the case. Sometimes they are accused of something they haven’t done. But in my opinion the problem is...
