Perfect manager

Is it possible to become the boss everyone loves to praise? Good managers contribute to the success of the company, so it is very important to be the manager, who can inspire his workers and also who do his best for a company's vision can be achieved. I will describe how I imagine “A Perfect Manager”.
First of all, a chief of a company should know how to vary between being human and friendly with his staff and how to show his powerful position in a company. On the one hand this mean that a person should have an ability to stimulate and influence his workers, on the other hand that he should be strict and even use a little authoritarian style in his leadership. It is important to ensure that people understand their manager‘s requests - so he must communicate clearly, and ask if people have understood what he is asking for. However, he should always remember that his job is to manage the department, not become friends with his employees or do their jobs...
