Moving out letter

Hope you’re well. I’ve recently moved into a new house located in the heart of Madrid. The location is great, I live near the bus station, so it’s very easy to reach certain places in the city. There are a bunch of grocery stores near my house, so I won’t really run out of food. There’re also cafes and restaurants nearby, so when I’m too lazy to cook, I will go there and have a delicious meal. Everything in this house looks great, but there are dark walls in a couple of the rooms, so I’d rather paint them to make the room look brighter and have more light in. There’s also a small problem, which I think is easily solved. My neighbours play loud music at night when I’m trying to sleep, but I’ll go to them today with hope that they’ll understand...
