Methods of reducing tech time

Recently, people are having a hard time reaching a consensus on what is the most effective solution regarding the question about the amount of time that children tend to spend while using technologies. The list of ideas is not finite, however, the question is which one will result as the most efficacious.
First and foremost, parents are considered to be role models for the youth. It is undeniable that at the early age period children tend to copy adults, which means that parents are responsible for showing the proper example. If the young ones see the opposite of what is told to them, naturally, there should not be a consideration why the desire of rebellion against rules is worryingly strong. Family is a crucial factor while forming the habits of children, the use of technologies is not an exception. Thus, it must be a prior choice seeking the maximum results.
Contrary to that, there is a belief that there is no time for games, and actions must be concrete, strict. To be exact, a curfew would not only be effective regarding a time-consuming factor, but it is also a sufficient tool for teaching responsibilities. Although the time spent using tech may be reduced, the children will not be able to comprehend the aim of this method and, most likely, will perceive it as a tool of control. In this case, the effect is outbalanced by the negative drawbacks.
The aim of this proposal is to suggest updating the daily life of a university, including various topics. To be exact, the main idea is to start a new podcast. It also suggests the plan of the process.
