The job and unemployment makes the primary influence overall state economic. The labour of a person is one of the basic factors in the production process. The capital and land cannot take part in the production process without the labour.
The unemployment is one of the most important economical and social problems. When the agriculture was transformed from planned, economic to the market economic it became very urgent problem. Many factories became bankrupt and the workers lost they job. The unemployment is growing and growing.
The people who are out of work in a city or town return to the village. The only source of the income there are 2-3 ha of the land. If it is rich soil, it is enough for existence of the family. However, the family lives in poverty if the soil is not rich. The status of the owners of 2-3 ha had 26,1 percent of all employed people in agriculture in 1999 year. Other 21,3 percent included people who worked in agricultural companies and 52,6 percent – farmers and helping them family members and hired labourers.
The salary range in agriculture is lower then in other economical spheres. Besides, there are low qualifications of the free working power resources.
1. To create the good economical and juridical background for development of untraditional agriculture and alternative business.
2. To extend the mental outlook of the village people with training courses, consultations, educating.
3. To develop the cooperation in agriculture services.
Viena iš svarbiausių ekonominių ir socialinių problemų yra gyventojų užimtumo klausimas. Jis ypač aktualus tapo po Nepriklausomybės atkūrimo, perėjus iš planinės į rinkos ekonomiką. Tai labai skaudžiai paveikė daugelyje ūkio šakų dirbusius darbuotojus. Atskiros ūkio šakos ir įmonės pradėjo dirbti nepilnu pajėgumu, mažinamos darbo vietos, daugėja bedarbių.
Gyventojų užimtumas ir bedarbystė turi tiesioginę įtaką šalies ūkio ekonomikai ir jos augimo tempams. Žmogaus darbas...
