Today I will talk about how different countries celebrate the same event, so let’s begin.

Around half a million people attend Rio’s carnival each year and each year a carnival is getting better and better. They watch the Samba parade, attend parties and concerts or just wander
the streets watching the revellers dancing to the sounds of the brass
bands that play everywhere. The main Samba parade has taken place in Sambadrome since it was built in 1984.
It’s the best and the most informal party in Brazil. Brazilians often wear colourful clothes, even to serious events – and the carnival certainly is the most serious event as the other ones. It’s easy to see why this is the carnival of choice for those who like loud music and late nights.
Now I will talk about a second carnival which has been held in Venice. The festival lasts for about two weeks and is attended much more people each year .
Even in the seventeenth century, the Venice carnival was famous and the most attractive by tourists from all over Northern Europe. Then happened the worst thing because
Venetian Republic fell and the carnival was banned for 100 years. When
it started up again, there was much more lack of interest .This is often referred to as
‘the only truly Venetian carnival...
