I am writing regarding the advertisement for your country house I have seen on your website. For the upcoming graduation party, students of my class have decided that it would be a great idea to go on a trip to Latvia.
We would like to book your residence for July 15th and, if possible, stay there all weekend. There will be no more than 25 people.
I would also like to ask whether you have an outside volleyball or basketball court. As we are planning to stay there for a few days, I am afraid that most of the people will get bored without any type of activities. To add to this, online I have seen pictures of a lake. Is it near the house? I think it would be a great opportunity to enjoy sunny weather and go for a swim.
Let me know if we need to pay in advance, and whether you prefer getting paid in cash or by credit card.
